Sam 23 psalm 23

Bondyé Senyè-a sé bèwjé mwen. Mwen pa ka mantjé anyen.

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

I ka kité mwen pozé koté zèb-la pli bèl.

He maketh me to lie down in green pasture

I ka mennen mwen bwè koté dlo-a pli dous.

He leadeth me beside the still waters.

I ka viwé ban mwen kouway nèf.

He restoreth my soul:

I ka mennen mwen an chimen dwèt-la,
paski sé kalité gadyenn sala i yé.

He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
Yea, though

Menm si mwen ka pasé an fon-an ki pli fènwè-a,

I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,

mwen pa kay pè anyen ki mové,
paski ou la épi mwen.

I will fear no evil for Thou art with me;

Ou ni boutouʼw épi batonʼw pou pwotèkté mwen.

Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me.

Ou pwépawé an tab ban mwen douvan zyé tout lèlmi mwen.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:

Ou vidé lwil asou tèt mwen. Ou plen pòt mwen,i ka débondé.

Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Mwen asiwé bontéʼw épi mizéwikòd ou kay la épi mwen tout lavi mwen.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:

Èk mwen kay wèsté lakay ou, Bondyé Senyè, pou tout tan.

and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
